Thyme joins Altruist 

We’re excited to share some big news: Thyme has been acquired by Altruist.

This marks a meaningful milestone in Thyme’s journey, and an inspiring next step for our customers, our team, and the broader RIA community.

With intuitive software for account opening, trading, reporting, and billing, advisors of all sizes are empowered to run a practice that makes time for connection. By joining forces, we’re combining Thyme’s innovative AI assistant capabilities with Altruist’s powerful technology to deliver an even more valuable experience for advisors.

What this means for Thyme customers

• You can continue using Thyme just as you do today. Nothing changes immediately. A few features may be deprecated as we evolve the product, but the core experience remains.

• The Thyme team has joined Altruist. We’re here, working with even greater resources and support to take Thyme further.

• A new version of the platform is coming. Later this year, we’ll launch an enhanced version of Thyme, built on everything you already love—plus new AI assistant-led capabilities that go even deeper.

A note on the brand

As part of this evolution, the Thyme name and brand will gradually sunset. In its place, you’ll see a reimagined experience, new platform name, and updated visual identity. We’ll share more with you on this in the coming months.
